Asked dev express for help, this is the response I got xD

At least it isn't the legendary Battle.net support where they give you the generic "Thank you for submitting your ticket, we will take it into consideration..." after a 24 hour wait time, and in the end they don't even give you the answer you want.


But can't really complain about customer support, the people are idiots and are never trained. All they do is consult a book and ask you generic questions that someone was probably paid 6 figures to write up (Who actually knows what he's doing). And when you give them an answer they don't know, then they finally get off their ass and ask someone else.

Tested this back a few months ago. I asked both Intel and Toshiba whether the graphics card was integrated or not (Figured it out like a week ahead). Was bored so I called them and they sent me to call each other.


Customer Support should be renamed Untrained Professionals in a Cubicle. 


As for what you said, that is just pathetic. Why would you need to submit a support ticket for them to click the damn image link...
