 Nerah, Does One Handed Superman Pushups!
So i did the Superman Pushups a while back, and decided i wanted to Progress so i tried to do it one handed superman pushup! Here is is my Attempt!

(Warning!: If you cannot do a Superman Push Up and a One Handed Push Up, and have not trained for the following! Do Not Try!)
