I'm tired of the batman pictures among other things, I'd like to block a couple of losers posts from displaying how to do this?!?

rape them with minuses and pretend they weren't there.

Personally I feel there should be a post timer.... Meaning the more negative rep you have the less frequently you can post (Balances out with positive rep).

Sure, it won't fix the rep spammers but at least it'll help a bit with what conex asked.

Idk what you said and sadly I never actually do I just see your pictures and they're idk something that a 10 year old who just discovered the internet would post. I get that you're into the joker and that you wanna pretend you're him trough little pictures you feel proud of, but sadly it's just further branding you as some socially autistic kid who doesn't know how to control himself. 

Anyways I'm not gonna -1 anyone or +1 anyone for that matter I don't care for that system that's why I have 40 karma points just collecting dust there.

He's just seeking attention from people like he was when he was commenting on every thread that was active about his server which failed and now he's basically doing it again just to piss people off. Just learn to ignore his comments and stuff because if you keep letting it get to you then he's just going to continue to do it more often. If you learn to ignore it and not let it affect you then he'll probably think to himself
