They're a new server with 5 other players that have common names and don't respond to PM's. My AVG says it detects a Trojan. And their .exe file shows no EO icon. And it seems like they're very persistent for you to download their client. Plus the server came out an hour ago with a client and no custom maps. Just regular EO config setup. I wouldn't suggest going on this server hahaha :). Sorry if this is in the wrong category.

Their URL on the SLN is an alturl shortener dealie, which kind of set off a red flag with me too. I'd be careful.

Would I have to use that if I didn't even open the .exe? Because once I saw my AVG detected it I deleted it.

Even if you don't download their client, chances are whoever set up the server removed all password encryption in the database in hope that many of you would use the same passes.

Not even gonna risk playing this server at all.

Not very many people. The names were all common names like words and stuff. And I've never seen them on another server, so the owner was obviously multiclienting.
