Of course it is, but in my opinion it's drawn so who is it hurting? 

Because it promotes the behavior. (In the same way videogames are "dangerous". If a kid with violent tendencies plays a violent game, things could turn out bad for that kid. If someone prone towards pedophiliac feelings watches a cartoon of a child being raped, it won't be long 'till real CP, then wanting to experience what they've only seen)

I mean I don't want too start a big fight topic, but I mean like if the kid was violent in the first place it wasn't really the video games fault. We aren't just going too stop making video games for one kid that is already violent from the start. I mean you are right it promotes violence, but normal non violent people would just play the game and be done with it and it wouldn't effect them at all. If you are violent and a violent game will make you go out and kill someone than you had problems from the start and you should get help.
