You've put the nose and mouth too far down it gives the impression of a long face.

Try and end the face where you currently have the chin/stubble thing. Never tried doing anatomy on photoshop except for a few things for a project I'm working on. Hope to see an update (If you choose to).

Edit: The ears are not lined up, yet the neck and rest of the head appear to be so.
