Actually no. Its always been active however its at its peek right now compared to the other topics however from the start, eoserv was more question based not really anyone free releasing or showing off their artwork.

I'm sure that if a few posts/requests went in eoserv section it might become active. Not many people post problems in that area anymore... Or the post is stupid and doesn't get a reply.

On topic, the artist section always has something going on it, but usually it becomes more and more active when people inspire others to contribute.

Hmm, idk. I doubt anyone would actually want to make GUIs how i make em.
I might work on a tutorial for this though. It's fun to make and noob friendly.
