Is there some official/good way to avoid bots, i think maybe changing the speed of NPCs will work.....

Make it less possible for people to stand in one place without getting killed. You know, since playing a game where it's easy to survive is pretty boring. Make healing use a ton of TP, and pots cost a lot more than they can gather quickly.
