It's free. And plugging your product in the wrong places will waste your time and get you nowhere. At the very least, filtering people online to your topic of interest is free, unless you have a demanding goal. You can get more online presence by promoting yourself over a wider point of interests.
You can get more attention by expanding your goal from "free 2d mmorpg", to "free 2d mmorpg game reviews" or even further "media reviews" potentially attracting anyone looking for music, videos, gaming, news, anything. Just saying.
