I don't see the difficultly in being a moderator, even if they're "busy" will logging on locking and banning people take much out of your time? and like Desmond mentioned earlier moderators still come on but just choose not to do anything. It's only a one or two trolls with excessive amounts of alts.

Once again you fail at reading. I said that you still own the accounts. Just because you can't use it doesn't mean you don't own it. If you had a flatscreen for two years and one day it breaks. It's obviously broken, but if you decide to keep it you still own it. If an account is banned you still own it.
