I do not understand why everyone who plays on a console thinks to get a good gaming PC will cost them 1000 dollars. That is insane... and completely false. You can get a very powerful computer that will play all the current gen games on high GFX settings with an avg of 60FPS for under 600. That is the same price range of what the next gen consoles will be. So all in all, they cost the same. To build a computer more powerful then the current gen consoles. Will cost you around 300 dollars. So it's actually cheaper to buy a PC then a console.

I don't PC because:

• I have no money and I already have an Xbox
  
• If you get a custom controller to play, there's a conversion lag that will ruin you if you play games like CoD
  
• Games I like to play are Xbox exclusive
  
• Easier to connect with friends because none of them use PCs to game

there's already a console just called "xbox". it was the original before the xbox 360.

Yea i think they're debating calling it xbox infinity but we wont know until they announce it

Former multi-server mapper.

Personally i think Play stations have better grapics, And i used to like how they had internet.

But now as xbox has IE it doesn't matter. I prefer xbox because of the party chat. I can go online and talk to friends and use my laptop... As if you had a Play station you need to be in there game..

Xbox live is 40 pound a month.. But the servers are alot better.. and as electrics said you get the DLC's a month earlier than PS3.

But yeah, If PS4 had better controllers and party/group chats where you could talk on different games.. (like xbox) i would definately go for PS4

PC's are for nerds who hack. Xbox is for little kids who like Modding shit. Ps3 is the grown men system. Therefore ps4 all day. Plus wtf wants to pay for the shitty ass Xbox live? People will hack that shit all day.

Your facts are wrong... You kids don't know what your talking about when it comes to technology. For 650 dollars you can buy a PC more powerful then the next gen PS4 and xbox 720. That is a fact I am sorry... The 300 dollars for the current gen was to match the current gen. They are in the same price range. I never said the 300 would be better then the PS4 or new xbox. Also the fact that you stated that a PC would need to be upgraded within 2-3 years again is true but. That just makes the PC you upgrade even more superior to the PS4 or new xbox even more. You could just not upgrade it and it's still more powerful then the PS4 and can play the same games in the same graphical settings as the PS4. This is fact.

Also there is a rumor of the new PS4 going to cost 529 on launch. 650 for a superior PC isn't that bad since it will also last you longer in visual life if you are concerned about that. But these are only rumors, if it is 399+ tax then the PS4 will be amazingly priced and I myself might have to get one just for the PS4 titles. But again, I have no idea where you kids get these prices about the PC being so expensive when in fact they are no more then your consoles you enjoy on playing so much.

And if PS4 is going to cost over $300, let alone $529 is a joke. I don't know anyone who would waste that kind of money.

I was mainly just saying that people go with consoles so that they dont have to put more money into upgrades. I would rather spend $400 every 6-7 years than spend $700 every 6-7 years to upgrade or buy new, even if the computer is a lot quicker/better graphics.

The PS4 will cost over 300... if you think otherwise your in denial... Anyone who has purchased a PS3 or xbox 360 on launch knows what I am talking about. The PS3 was 800 dollars on launch. Get over it...

I honestly don't see why people argue over both consoles its like a childrens war (My toy's better than your toy)

I owned a 360 it then broke so my uncle sold me his PS3 and i didnt notice a difference in connection altho each console has different features that suit different people.

As a CoD player i find it stupid that in party chat you can still talk to your party in S&D when you are dead and going 3rd person to watch your mates back is stupid and a form of cheating. But Party chat is good on other gamemodes and talking to friends when there on different games.
