Hello again!  I'm Alyssa/Sisamaru.  I Got a request on how Do I make a anime character?  Well in this guide ill show you what I do.  I don't know anything about Afro samurai and this was a hard test for me too! So don't worry if your's didn't come out the best either! I had to look at a picture off google. You can see different thing's in the picture than what is in the original picture.  Anyways Imma shut up and get started.  

In this Tutorial i will be using these tools: Mechanical Pencil, Eraser, Color Pencils, Sharpie markers.

1: The quick shapes: Draw shapes starting from head to toe, add joint shapes to know where specific parts of the body is.

2: Outer border line of the body/clothes.  I do this to get a quick sketch of how the body will look when finished, no it wont be the same through-out it but changing and branching from this will help form the picture.

3: Inner Detail: Start by adding in eyes, wrinkles, lip detail, clothes detail, hair, and simple things like that.

4: Finishing detail, make sure your drawing/sketch is exactly how you want it.

5: Outline.  Start with the thicker shape marker then use the sharpie pen for inner detail.

6: Erase all pencil lines.

7: Marker coloring.  Choose what you want to use as marker colors. Example for me: Hair & Sword.

8: Coloring with color pencil / finished picture.

Wow nice tutorial, keep these up! You're a great artist, and I think my favorite part of this one is the cloth floating from his bandana, I like how detailed and very well shaded it is.
