Did you guys ever experience stress, or a demeaning boss at work. I mean bosses do yell but seriously mine is such a prick. I literally caught two of my co-works talking shit about me... I go inside the office and sarcastically say "I didn't hear anything" they felt so dumb it's funny because some days I would sit back and listen to them talk shit about other co-workers.. looks like I was they're next target.

After realizing I was being underpaid for 2 months.. he never gives us payment sheets rather just automatically sends it in our banks. I call him out on it and he says "I didn't know sorry".

Everyone is from the same country and they all speak the same language in work.. when they're fully capable of speaking English it's so annoying sometimes I think they're talking about me but idk. I have a hard time understanding my boss's heavy accent.. so when I ask him politely to repeat himself he does it in a way to make me look stupid.

Im a chef.

but if it didnt lemme tell you that we get quite stressed probably every single day

were always pushed to our limits everyday during service time

My current job is amazing but that's because I'm a delivery driver for a mattress store.. lol and don't have to spend alot of time around my boss.. but he seems cool enough bought me lunch and smokes ect lol. BUT I did have a female boss when I worked at subway when I was 18-19 and she was verbally abusive always cursed at us and the customers.. ended up leaving me in the store alone when the owners came in and I was fired (2nd week working there).. She was then fired a few weeks later and I got a call asking if I wanted a job at subway.. lol.

Only stress I've ever had at work is when the servers/waiters are lazier than shit, just standing around and getting in the way when they are not busy. Meanwhile, I'm busting my ass off to clean and organize the kitchen while they just stand there talking. Not to mention half of the time when we are closing I have to go and redo whatever they were supposed to clean up because they are too lazy to give a damn. Dishwashing ftw <.< Getting paid more to do the servers' jobs than my own.

What sucks worse than stress at work? Stressing on not having work! Ive been out of work for over a year and it sucks..anyway my last job I worked at for over 4 years and hated almost every minute of it. I worked at 1 of the busiest gas stations in california for a shitty wage and dealt with ignorant people, bums panhandling,corporate standards that were impossible to meet,employes not doing their job or calling in sick and having to cover for them ect ect.All in all I wish I had a job to stress on!

This. I had an interview a week ago now, hopefully I'll hear back within another week or two, and if I get this job, I'll be set for a looooooong time.
