Well last night my computers OS (W7) was giving me problems and it would force shutdown my computer..so i decided to reistall windows.

i had supposedly backed everything up on "Sky Drive" but Microsoft let me down and none of my files are on there..So this in return made me lose every project i have ever started..
As of now i'm not sure i am going to pixel anymore..or even try and start these projects back up, i will still get on here when i can, but dont expect any updates for me..anytime soon.

Haze, i enjoyed being able to help on K&G and i will still probably help as much as i can but i just dont have it in me to pixel anymore after watching all of my work vanish..i will still make tiles for K&G once i find it in me to continue. Ill try and get ahold of you on skype soon.

Misread, don't know why you would reinstall Windows, usually there's always a way to get around things.

I have tired this, there is not a single restore date.. there all gone it set my computer to factory settings -.- Thanks for the suggestion, if anyone else has any ideas please let me know..

They completely reinstalled Windows, there are no longer any previous restore points to back up to.

Nerah, if you're lucky it might be on your hard drive somewhere even after the restore.

That's horrible. I'm sorry that you've lost all of you're work. It was cool to see some of your work. You might not want to pixel now but give it a few months and something will motivate you and bring you back up. Im speaking From personal experience. I worked on a server for 2 summers but I broke up with my ex and she took my flash drive with all of my data. I gave up and 3 years later I decided to give it another go out of pure boredom. Anyway R.I.P nerahs work.

That's a real bummer, Nerah. Something like that can be really discouraging, but I hope that you still pixel. I think you're really good at it, it would be a shame if you stopped.

That sticks dude, hopefully you restart but if you don't and don't decide to come on, all I can say is I'm sorry that happened to you. Something like this has happened to me before as well, I was resting my computer and put all my stuff on a flash drive but I was a dumb ass and exited it early when I was resetting my computer and lost a good 30% of my stuff.

Just wanna say that you didn't waste a moment working on these files, because it's something you enjoy doing, so you enjoyed the time spent on it therefor the time was spent right.. Even if it didn't turn into something, count it as just another step toward your success. :)
