I tried recovering my old EOServ account "Scouser" But when i tried to recover it and changed the passoword it still doesn't work, Any idea why? I've now been given a 20 hour minimum reset time so i can't reset it for another 20 hours, I'd much prefer Scouser over this name, Any ideas why it's not working?  Could an admin check if it's banned or something?
