I am sure latency is an issue in Blops 2 for you guys on consoles. I play on the PC and non of that is actually there. All servers are dedicated hosts. Players do not do the server hosting. I know how frustrating it can be though because MW3 was peer 2 peer like you guys on the consoles and it
was not even playable for me on the PC.
