LOL. lrn2computer, that is your default gateway or IP address CMD gives you. we can't play your server with a local IP. we need your global IP assuming you've already portforwarded. 

whatismyip.com for your global IP

i play games on the computer sometimes and i was told about this game from my bro and i wanted to make my own server cause i thought it was pretty cool
but I'm still not very good at this stuff so i thought someone could help me from here xD

It should report automatically to SLN as long as your port is forwarded properly.

Post a server? You mean advertise to get more players?

Well you can advertise your server in the advertise section of the forum (But make it good looking and not plain boring)

Or in the settings you can have Show on SLN on and then your server will show up on the SLN list
