Elaya your really nice and funny and everything and I think you have great potential and any guy would be lucky to have you as you are a real spark, but I think the whole decision is stupid. I'm 21 now, I'm single from broken promises. I was 16 when I dated a guy, I didn't like him so I broke it off with him, I met my first love at 18, we were so in love it was UNREAL. I wanted to marry him, and he even said he wanted to marry me. he told me wait a year or 2 and he would then know its the right thing to do. 3 years past and still nothing, instead he turns into a complete ass, so I have to break it off with him too. i'm just saying that nothing ever goes to plan.

your both way too young. what you think now will change in the future, chances are you or him will feel trapped.

another point is, this is all decided over the internet. you haven't even met up yet, and if you have then you need to think of how the hell it will work. you have 2 separate lives, either one of you will have to sacrifice seeing your parents/friends to go live somewhere completely different. I wanted to run away with my first love but I realised he wasn't the guy I fell in love with, he had a dark side to him. so what happens when you both fall out?, one of you is unfamiliar with the place your living in.

personally I think you should just meet up, love wont get you money or a job. your both thinking everything will come easy, when in fact it wont.

I don't mean to sound negative, im just stating that I have had a long distance relationship myself, it did not work out. he realised he would have to sacrifice his life, he chose a job over me. that's how it ended.

You are both young, and things seem easy. your mind is easily persuaded. but you got to think responsibly.
I know you may think you love one another, and when you meet up it will be the best feeling in the world, and you will want to "run away". but when you have ran, just think about the consequences. its not as simple as it is in your head.

I know this is a troll topic and whatnot, but on a serious note, I personally think age doesn't matter. Except maybe in Moonie's case, I mean a difference of 11 years is kinda a stretch. But hey, if you're happy together then who am I to say you're wrong?

I hope you're kidding? I'm 18, almost 19, and my girlfriend is 16, thought we've been together for almost 2 years. Age makes zero difference.

you'd be surprised how many people actually think like this and want to go along with it. so many younger people have wanted to run off with someone online. its hard to tell a fake from a real because it sounds stupid either way. xD
