so i figured the stairs are a pointless object in eo as this happends?
or is there a way to fix this O.O

I don't think so. When using stairs, I would use a warp up to where you want it to be. ---

I agree with Andrew place a solid object for the steps then have warps placed at the top that take you to the bottom and visa versa :D ---

It's not possible to fix unless you recode the whole client just for that 1 mess up. I recommend you give up. :/
