Delete the npc on the map you added the npc to.. If that makes sense

For the pubs when you created a new npc did you duplicate one or add one?

If it's only you that's affected, it's your pubs, not the servers pubs. Go into your EndlessOnline folder (not the server folder) and open "pubs". Delete all four listed pubs in there and log into your server.
