yeah i changed the hula guy and the barbarian into a shop. and spawn them in my starter town then its valid but still its broken

Uhh try deleting the pubs in the client and run it, and maybe also delete the maps in the client, start the game, when your connecting to your server it will upload the server's pubs and map's. Im not sure that this will work, but once my map was black but the npcs were there, I just deleted the maps next time in the client, connected, and it worked.

Eoserv updates the clients pubs on login.

Have you tried just making a new map?

all of my maps wall are gone. so you mean ill make new map then place it?

and warp on it?

No.. I mean make a totally different map with no warps. then add an npc( make sure it's a valid npc). However you could do as Pine said and get new pubs. That wouldn't hurt anything.. Unless you've changed alot.

all my maps are working yesterday and the other days and its good. but know ie added the dragon and new Npc shop. its like this... but if other players come into my server they dont see anything Wrong

How can your players see a different thing to you o.o?? I'm confused.. I think you should consider starting over and being very careful on what you change.

yeah the i asked the players if they can see the walls and NPCS they said theres nothing wrong its all right. but for me its not xD...  i havent off my laptop for 2 days already for hosting the server... xD so do you think its my pub? or Map?

I wonder why people bother wasting their time. 1-2 explanation could help it if he have a stocked knowledge about client editing.
