EDIT: I want the hair to be admin hair only.

Download reshacker http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/ and replace either the gfx for the hair .. or replace it as a hat so only admins can get said hat..

Also you could change the item in pubedit to be admin only so no normal players could use it.

hehe thanks ;D i heard a weird noise a minute ago. im so so scared. it sounded like a MASSIVE gush of wind from outside.. but its not windy. what if it is actually the end of the world.. HOLY SHIT. ill have TONS of unfinished buisness lol
