Ele, it is a game. I understand you banning him, yelling at him, anything but not threatening him. That is taking it too far. 

If I was still a mod on FE I'd have perm'd this kid by now.

Anyways, he always has this too: The rules for Fallen Evolution can be changed at any time. The main owner, Elevations, may do what he wants with his game, as it is his own creation. This includes, but is not limited to; swearing, insulting players or administrators, punishing players or administrators, dismissing administrators, etc. To be a genuine player, you must agree to these rules and comply at all times.

maybe you should've gave him a warning and ban him for only a small amount of time, then unban, if he does it again then you ban his ass forever.

Im pretty sure first ban was not permanent since the pictures of him mention him being banned ( notice they are the same characters )

This is not the first time he has break rules he done many many times and has been banned 3 times and unbanned, Take a look at this:

I see him online on a daily basis harassing everyone.. like literally everyone. If the moderators had been doing their job correctly, or I was still a mod, he's be perm banned by now and this whole thing wouldn't have even happened.

Where in that "ELE RULE" does it state that Elevations may use your own personal information against you, or even threaten you like that. Exactly, no where. Yes, I know its his game but it was also Lordz PAYPAL account that he was threatening.

He shouldn't have given him the information then.

Peace you fail to understand the internet. Almost every single time you register an account there is a small section of the ToC and Privacy statements that say they can distribute your information. Whether it is blackmailing or sending his info out to adware sites, he can do it if it says so in the agreement he accepted when he paid ele and when he created his account.
