From personal experience anything over 100 x 100 can be problematic, not impossible.

I don't think he understands English. Anyways I think after a certain size the server doesn't read the map, but I may be wrong I just thought I saw something along those lines once. Also 150x150 you shouldn't encounter any issue unless you put alot of shadows in it or have it have tons of npc's
spawning all over. I've made some 150x150 and they worked fine. ---

i can think of these off hand and only one cup of Coffee
1. maps over a certain size "KB" Must be included in the client map folder to load proper.
2. i have seen map editor move some tiles/ and or objects around during multi re-saves like you will find tiles up in the x0 and y0 area's
3. seen a few numbered walls get changed to another number wall "mostly From useng rena's editor then eo map"
4. the map line 127 x or y always forces a "hiccup" or some type of refresh when crossing 127 x or y
5. shadows...Mainly original eo ones that overlap by even one pixel can cause. what some call page flipping. and seems like lag.

This exactly^ and what Kyle said. Once you hit the 100 mark you will experience some map problems. Lag to say the least. What you should be paying more attention to is the KB size. That will cause the most problems. Adding less objects to the map or placing them in bunches will decrease the size.

Now that is what i call a pro mapper. Honestly everything he said is what happens. Especially with walls they like to switch ids, and using multiple editors is what causes it.

What Bone says is true, i have had problems with maps over 100 x 100. So id try keeping it under 100 x 100.

well maybe not pro but i have glitched enough maps over the last few years to see almost every one that can be made. and how to get lucky on a few.
i would say try......... i looked threw my map folder and found this old hell map i edited . its 200x200. was going to add more but it got lost in all the maps. so 200x200 is very possible too

Re: What are some problems you come across with...
Thank you very much for replying
The only problem i came across with so far is it not loading because kb is too big
and straight away i remembered you say something about it not loading properly if its not included in the client folder so that helped me alot :D
thanks again ---
