That has nothing to do with coding. you simply add:
INCLUDE = config/misc.ini
then create a new .ini file and add whatever you want in there.

EOSource is a full backdoor'ed EOSERV revision with a lot of CTRL+C and CTRL+V of feautes posted here on the forum. It is closed source because they want to hide their backdoor's. Also, don't forget to use a random password on EOSource servers, else, you will lost any account with the same
password (the coders can see your pass :O).
If you don't have any idea about what you're talking about, then don't even post anything please.
EOSource is mainly for people who are inexperienced with coding. It's an easier way to create a private server, for those people who don't know how to code very well. Nobody has been backdoored by it. If you know how to code then EOServ is probably the better choice, but if you're new and don't
really know what you're doing, you can add in a ton of cool features without knowing how to code with EOSource. That's really all it comes down to.
I don't know or really care who stole what code or whatever, or how EOSource was made and all that junk. It is what it is, it's not like they're doing any harm to EOServ.
Edit: They have however coded something in so that Hollow and Elevations get HGM on your server. Not really sure what's up with that... don't really agree with it either. But it's for "Security Purposes" I suppose.
Sorry, EOSource has no backdoor's, right? https://eoserv.net/forum/topic/17496 ---

That means that more backdoors have been added and were hidden. ---

Re: Eosource
Learn to fucking read Doug. That's revision 1.4. Don't you think if there was any harm in the the newer revisions that Sausage would warn us about them? Honestly, you're so fucking stupid. If you actually READ the topic you posted, you would see that there is no longer any "backdoors" in the new
EOSource revisions. You don't have to use it if you don't want to, but don't take a potentially positive experience away from someone else by making up rumors based on zero facts. ---

Re: Eosource
@Mouse: It is fact that people tend to hold others accountable for the bad moreso than the good. While EOSource may or may not have moved on from the backdoor incident, it will take some time for the community to learn to accept it again, if ever. If someone has an opinion about it expect it to be voiced if it becomes topic of a forum. The best practice is to learn the inner-workings of EOSERV and how to modify it. You can always trust your own code if you are skeptical of using someone else's.
