why the fuck would you need an army your the only one alive x3 you can just go anywhere basically the world is yours

The realistic scenario would be:

You woke up and none is alive in that world except you. So... everyone is dead? If yes you have to get rid the dead bodies first, because you will not be able to breath. At least get rid of the bodies that are near your house...

Untill you do that you will be hungry and propably eat the last resourses from your refrigerator which by the way is not working cause you dont have electricity. So you need to eat them all in the next 2-3 days max and find a way to get fresh food somehow...(you are not going to eat the dead bodies right?)

Your first week in world would be hell. You would smell dead bodies, you would be hungry, you might hear sounds of wild animals or dogs that their owner died and looking for food (you look preaty tasty and fresh to their eyes so you need to build a fortress too or find a way to defend your self).

You have to find a way to bring electricity to your home, a basic water system, something to use like wc (remember if all people gone, nothing works, at least after a few days). You have to build everything by your own. And for what reason? To live a few years like Robinson Cruse? I predict half of you would kill your self in first tooth pain (remember no doctors and dentists). I hope you know how to farm and cook. Will be usefull to you. Good luck to anyone want to be the last person in earth.

Although if i'd wake up in my house, I probably have electricy. And no one really stated that they died. They could have teleported to the moon as well ;o

cause armies...are just awesome lol...then maybe some robots turn and create an enemy army ;)

then all the robots turn evil kill you the only human on earth, and take over which then they start building more and more robots and then dont know which will be leader thus making different leaders taking over countries which makes world war 1 (robot style x3) 

or

robots become evil you the only human becomes a target you hide for years training to become the perfect assassin and take out the robots :)

or 

as soon as you make the robots one of them becomes evil instantly and cuts your head off, since it wasnt fully finished the robot dies and the planet is left alone quiet not a single soul

or 

2012 happens and everything dies even the planet

enough said

Robots can't turn evil as they simply do what they are programmed for.
