What you all fail to realize is there is no perfect system whether or not you vote, no one will create the wonderful fairy land we all want to live in (maybe in virtual reality).

There is only systems that are more efficient, in the end what you get is a 99.9% system leaving that 0.01% to fuck everything all over again.

If there was a perfect system we probably wouldn't like it anyway.

vote if you must but don't expect to much to change ;)

Why did you get -1 for this. I think this is a really interesting and controversial reply. I agree nothing can be perfect, but we could atleast try to achieve the 99.9%, but to some people a 99.9% could be a 50% to others.

A better question is how is it that my karma is almost completely balanced?

I receive negative ratings simply because of trolls and haters.

I am not good nor evil I AM BALANCE DUN DUN

On Topic: Trying to get that 99.9% is like trying to get everyone to like you, It doesn't work.

Now that i think about it that last statement is kind of ironic considering these politicians are trying to get everyone to like them, or in this case "vote for them" which would be impossible because not everyone is allowed to vote only adults from that country are making the whole system fail in itself.

To achieve perfection we must all become one and unite, that will never happen, so we will never achieve it.

Why will that never happen?

Because war, war never changes. lol jk (well it's kinda true considering there are even cyber wars, flame wars, troll wars, going on the internetz)

You could take this as advice and decide not to vote because everyone else will be voting anyway and it won't matter who you vote for or whether you vote or not.

Or you could go back to reality and vote while hoping for change? something better? things that will probably never happen, and things that will never happen how you expect them to.

In the end the choice is yours and this is my opinion.

Honsetly I think Obama is a better choice, just because the Republican Congress can cockblock all his hard-retarded socialist ideas that could cripple the economy.

If Romney were elected, his retarded ideas would actually be put into place, ruining the country even further. He also supports an even further swollen millitary fund

Which means even more dickwaving in the Middle-East.

So Basically they're both awful, but Romney is ACTUALLY capable of ruining the country even more, in my opinion.

But I'm not American, so I don't really care too much.

Neither.  They're both idiots and backed by the same corporations, with the same goals (even if they argue otherwise).  The end result will be the same outcome no matter who you and/or i vote for, if any of you are American and of age to vote.  I quit voting before Bush Jr. became president, for obvious reasons.

Presidency and politics don't mean shit in this country anymore since everything revolves around who fills your wallet up the most.

I felt like taking it to see if maybe my actual thoughts would change on who I should vote for (if I was of age).

Didnt surprise me either xD.

I wondered that too. It pisses me off so bad. If anyone's reading this, know that the fucking rating system is based on POSTS, not the USER. Rate up/down POSTS, not the USERS. Stop being so childish and abusing simple things like this.

Well said. This is why I have such a negative attitude towards politics. They're dull, boring, and full of lies. The only thing these two pricks have done for months is slander each other until we're honestly sick of both of them. Then they turn around and act all innocent and throw out empty promises to make themselves look good. WHY EVEN BOTHER LISTENING TO THEIR LIES?

Half of you are either to ignorant or are just retarded. Before I make my little speech I have to mention I wouldnt bother wasting your silly little Karma points on this post but hey, minus all you want. America's government is probably one of thee best thought out governments throughout the world. You can't really complain all that much. Yes there is the usual "Wahha taxes are to high" or "this law is dumb". Come on, when you compare taxes in other countries to that of America, you'll realize that we as Americans have it pretty nice. Some other countries taxes are almost doubled compared to USA's, taking in account for the difference in the value of the money. Now this is directed at Plasmastar and others who have his mindset, before anyone says "Oh your looking for a verbal fight",absolutely not, just a grown up conversation. Why in the heck would you even make this statement "I want them both to lose and governments to fail". Seriously, you seem extraordinarily ignorant and that might be the most unintelligent thing I've heard come out your mouth. Governments provide stability and order. You must be living in your own little world to think otherwise. Without government there is no order, economy, law enforcement, stability etc. Chaos starts and will kill off mankind before you know it. And for other people in other countries who think America should rot. Stop being so jealous (braces self for an "I'm not jealous" reply) without America your freedom, rights and economy would all be in the gutter... And for those of you who like to criticise America without even living in the country, you really have no experience nor right to. Lets not believe everything you hear on YouTube or elsewhere for that matter. Your not experiencing shit.

Now that that's over with (for now) If I were turning 18 in time I would be voting to reelect President Obama. Taking into consideration what he was handed when he first took office, caused by Bush, it's honestly remarkable that America has even gotten this far. He really has a steady mindset and knows what he needs to further do to get America even more on track than what he has already achieved. When I hear people say that Obama hasn't done enough I just want to yell at them ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY. It takes time to for example get the economy going, especially since America was in a deep recession. If you vote Govener Romney to office I can infer that you are either very wealthy or just for the fact that you don't care. Romney has showed he has no idea what he will do to get America on the right track. If you say different you clearly weren't watching last nights debate. He says one thing, then noticed Obama is getting praised for doing something different so he tries to quickly shift gears and follow. We don't need a follower, we need a leader.  End of story. If you haven't noticed by now I'm very involved in the debate haha. Don't mean to offend anyone so no hard feelings.

about your taxes thing..
we may not have the most taxes, but we sure do waste a hell of it on destroying other nations/countries.
