You guys are forgetting this is over the internet, you really think Colby knew if he was a thief It's not like he can check his criminal history files like what real jobs do in some cases. But yeah I agree on people judging the server based on one bad apple of the bunch.

Anyways next time be more smart about having safe transactions, and not to be more trusting you're lucky it's only $25 I've known people who lost out and so much more.

What I don't understand is what did you sell/try to sell him? You said you tried to sell him 3 things for $25, but don't explain what. Depending on what it is you could probably talk to the money servicer (Paypal, etc.), and see if anything can be done about it.

Hopefully you get this sorted! I dont think this will impact the population on FK and why i believe this is because FE had loads of abuse and if you enjoy something you don't leave/not try the server due to 1 individual.

Ok it's all sorted now, let me tell everyone the truth.

I bought Pixels from Sineth about a month ago for $35 all up. Everything went good, the pixels were Great and the money went through. I used my mums credit card to pay for them (I'm only 16 so I don't have one). Then about 5 days ago my mum cancelled her credit card because I had xbox live billing it every month for gold membership (which is ok because I pay her for it, but I hadn't the last 3 months). She came home and told me she cancelled it because she was fed up with xbox and thought someone had her details because of the paypal payments on the card (I had to explain that was because I bought the pixels using paypal, which she knows now). Anyway then I came online and seen I had messages (1 from Colby saying why did you scam sineth and 1 from Sineth why did I steal the money back). At first I thought Sineth was lieing to get me to pay him twice, then I seen this topic and was like wtf. I told Sineth would the cancellation of the cc have anything to do with it, he said yes which was right. (I didn't know paypal could take back money after a month which is just fucking stupid, none of this would have happened if they couldn't take money back after a purchase). Anyway I then used my dads cc to pay Sineth, but that wasn't going through, so I tried using my own bank account and that would have to verify after 3-5 days (I didn't want to use my own bank account ever online). So after about 3-4 hours of searching about this dumb error I get trying to send money, I tried to send it in smaller payments ($20 and $15) Which then worked and this time I did what Ronnie said to do and say it's non-refundable so none of this shit happens again, So Sineth got his money I lost $37 because I had to pay my mum and my dad $35 and also a $2 fee to open up my bank account for paypal.

So like Sineth said, If you use paypal or any online service definitely try to use your own CC or some other payment, and make sure it's non-refundable or you may end up losing money like me. If a mod could delete this topic after 3-4 days I'd appreciate it, just so people can read this. Thanks.
