Let me break it down for you,

A Fruit is a slang word for "gay", his name being "fruity" implies he's a bit gay... Now his avatar shows him humping the words "your mom" implying he's fucking our moms.. But as I have stated earlier "fruit/fruity" can be used as a derogatory term for gays, so with that it should really show him humping "your dad".

Did that make it a little funnier for you and less awkward? Or do I have to use even more broken English for you to understand? ;)
