where do people buy their servers domain names from? like game.eo-red.us and game.endless-edge.com and stuff?? not advertising, i was using them 2 as an example

You can get them from many different places, although godaddy is what I used to use. And those are actually subdomains. For example: game.eo-red.us is a subdomain of eo-red.us

I buy all my domains from domain.com. It all comes down to pricing at the time for me, and I got really good deals from there.
