Can't we compress it into some kind of geek code?

E--- = I can't Modify EOSERV, I have no idea or interest how to do it.
E--  = I'd like to learn how to compile EOSERV one day
E-   = I tried to add and compile someone else code to my server and failed
E    = I've added other people code to my server and compiled it
E+   = I've written my own commands for EOSERV
E++  = I've contributed code to the community that has been used in other server.
E+++ = My name is Sausage.

Yeah, Geekcode is pretty old but you get the idea.
