Yes, the website is a booting website but the staff and the owner are very cool and helpful and the VPN is through a third party and everything is good. Others have the VPN and I asked them before I bought it, and they all said that they are always on the max connection speeds when they are connected. It may be monthly but it comes with the monthly booter cost which I pay every month... Thank you and have a good one who-ever got the VPN's.

Someone must've changed the password, it doesn't work. :(

You cannot change the passwords!!! If you cannot access the IP's then someone else already took it. I do not have access to the Username/Password, I was just given the information to use. 

So, how do I login to it?

You can't, if someone already has taken it.
