Only thing i do is smoke cigarettes :P otherwise i exercise and eat right blah blah blah, and poof. die at 90

Actually weed isn't healthier, but if you smoke weed and not cigarettes you tend to have less consumption of smoke into your lungs because people don't smoke weed like they do cigarettes. So in turn, it may seem that weed is "healthier",  but it's just that people don't smoke it as often as cigarettes.
