After you posted the first Slender game, I went searching for some more and I found one.
It's called like SCP-0187 or something like that. But it's just a staircase game. All you do is walk down in this deep dark staircase. Each so amount of floors, something strange happens. No notes are to be collected though.

Ive played this and its creepy how a faces pop up and shadows walk past you. I found it alot better than slender.

Edit* Just clicked your link and it isnt that game o_o mine was a concrete staircase this looks creepier must download it :D
