In my opinion, I think all of the staff have am extremely positive affect on a server.
Artists - They create new items, new NPCs, GUIs, and many things that make a server unique.
Mapper - A positive looking atmosphere is the first step to a good first impression,
Programmer - We would not have a lot of things such as pets, anti-gank, etc, etc.
Quest Makers - Quests keep the people of the server busy. it keeps them from getting bored from constant grinding
Moderators - The MODs the don't abuse, and actually make sure the server is safe, help the people, and make sure they enjoy themselves is also very important.
So I honestly cant choose, because no matter what role you are filling, your important.
It's for your opinion, I mean the position who earn the highest amount of reputation and popularity. and yeah all of the position is important for a game.
Since I joined the forums i noticed Stava.Hiuru.Matt.Seldos.Bladex for their pixels.Also noticed Moonie for her drawings and insomniac.bladex.ananas and others for coding.
and you didn't notice me because I'm a newb. xD

callum, some people knows that but some people are judgemental, they ignore the good job of other staff and appreciates the other staff's good job. They're not appreciating everyone's good job for developing the server.

A good server has good maps, artwork and codes. mapping might be easier than the other jobs but it does make a difference in a server, I mean they are the most seen thing in the game.

Yeh i agree, But I tink that when a server has custom tiles, walls etc it makes a big difference. Maps let you set the theme for what's on the map. That' why I think mapping is a respectful job

In a server, pixelers get more recognition then the coder because the coder doesn't have much work due to it being an emulator already coded for us. We just add on. If the coder coded everything, then the coder would get more recognition.
In this case : Pixelers -> Coders -> Mappers and Quest Writers

Yeh i agree, But I tink that when a server has custom tiles, walls etc it makes a big difference. Maps let you set the theme for what's on the map. That' why I think mapping is a respectful job
