I have 5 85s, 4 80s and a 19 shaman on Stormscale US. Plan on transferring to Illidan once they all hit 85.

Illidan isn't that great. 3 85s, bunch of low levels that will be raised to 85 by 9.25.12

It's the number one ranked server in the world, surely I can find even a decent raiding guild there o.0

I play on it, and by far it is not ranked number one. It may have the most players in the world but the majority of them don't know what they are doing.

Had 5+ 85s on Illidan but got tired of it. Have been remaking my characters onto other realms instead of paying a crap load of money for each realm transfer.

According to wowprogress.com and thousands of log parses it is #1 in terms of PVE.
Your pally is pretty geared. I'm surprised you haven't gotten more heroic kills, unless you just don't really care to get them lol. My main is here. Stormscale US, my goal is one of every class to 85 before I decide on a server to transfer to.

Stopped playing that paladin to raise other 85s before 9.25.12 so I would have more available funds from questing and more characters to play. As for the heroic kills, I did heroic DS every single week for the last 4-5 weeks except the raids I got into failed so hard that we wiped on Morchok/Kohcrom 4-5 times each run and then gave up the rest on heroics.

I hadn't considered that so many pugs would fail. Although now that I think about it I didn't really see any normal mode pugs when I was on a level 1 scouting out the server, so it would be hard to gear alts. I was hoping I could get into a somewhat decent guild and just casually raid, maybe some heroics, I don't really care for hardcore raids anymore.

Then you're basically out of luck there. Most guilds already have their core teams built and will probably keep them the same up until MoP. Your best chance would be to find a good/early progression guild after MoP comes out and then try and get into their core groups.
