the Gyms wouldn't be the first things you do in the game, the things that should be getting done is anything that would be in the first maps. Probably just grassy places and some basic houses and trainers and starter pokemon

I agree with matt on this, well it looks as if Seraphus is going to start more NPC's which means very soon im going to start the battle system and then work on starting room and character creation after that :D

It's recently been changed to 4 directional. :)

Just for copyright purposes i think the name of the game should be changed a bit xD.. and the looks of it a bit xP I know thta one day some noob is going to be sued by some big company for advertising some copied name of a popular copyrighted game series on endless and get reported and sued.. :P ... I'm just waiting to see it :3. Caus eon main about 4 years ago one of my friends got reported to nintendo for claming pokemon as his own creations lol.... (nothing happened Lol.. he just got trolled :O)

There shouldn't be any problems, if i do not claim the name"Pokemon" or do not claim the idea, and put something like"All the legal rights and ownership, belongs to Nintendo"

It's not...a terrible idea but I don't see why you'd bother...especially using EO as a template.

There are basically two things that will happen to any 'Pokemon Online' kind of game.

a.) It'll never be as good as people expect it to. There are many reasons for this but if you look for any kind of Pokemon online game they're basically all crap and unstable.
b.) Forced to close due to copyright.

Read up on it, you'll see what I mean.
