Theres this loud constant high pitch bleeping sound that wont stop going off on my computer, when i put my headphones in it stops, but i cant get any sound from it. i need help

did you try to restart your laptop/compuer such problems like that sometime solved by a restart

i managed to fix it somehow. Honestly i don't know how. Also, i was offline for awhile because my power went out. its back on. Restarting didnt work btw. i just messed around in the settings. I wonder what happened, because it happened in the middle of a video i was watching.
