Just by this post, it sounds like you have no experience with programming whatsoever. Not trying to be rude, but you can't just jump in somewhere and expect to be able to do it. You have to work yourself up to this level and you will also not find a tutorial on it. You have the eoserv source available to you, so use it :D

What basics? Unless you have any knowledge of packets and eo byte format in whatever language your using your gonna have to prepare for the challenge.

I'm guessing its compiled in codeblocks. If you have already installed it for eoserv I'm guessing it should work.

I would try and clean up the source a bit. Its extremely messy due to attempts to prevent hex editing of the fallen evolution up being entered.

Yeh its compiled in codeblocks.  theres some odd stuff like curl and i believe there's even some allegro in there as it includes allegro.h or w/e.  Ill try and install codeblocks for eoserv and try compiling the source that way.
