Just wondering what is the funniest email that you have gotten through phishing emails. Lately I have been getting a bunch on my live account and decided to open up a "Government" one.

Apparently I am smuggling money and electronic devices into Ghana and they need my name, address, S.S. ID, and other information to confirm that it is not me.

So, just wondering if anyone else got any scam emails that you might have accidentally clicked.

I got one that was offering me to act as the next of kin of this dead guy from india, to steal his inheritance. It said i would get 40% for offering, if i didnt, all of it would go to the U.S. as random monie word. I then had to give all of my information that made them stealing my identity possible, so they could contact me and meet up.

Couple weeks ago i have the Phone scam lol Where they say you have a problem with your computer and try and get 200+ pounds from ya. It all was going good until i told them that the computer i have doesn't have internet and its a Sega not Microsoft :(

I got a mail from an old lady that supposed that went for a mission to help kids in africa. But then her husband died from cancer. And she diagnoshed on last stage of cancer too. So she decided to get into internet and grab an email (lucky me) and sent all the money from the mission to me. At the end she asked me to give a symbolic amount of money to the kids of africa to continiue her mission and keep anything i want for me. Total amount of money was 1 million euros.

Who thought of that story to phishing bank accounts and steal money? He would earn more if he was selling the story to holywood.

I got one in my junk folder which I immediately discarded. Funny shit, funny shit...

It's pretty pathetic how many are out there. I literally delete 20+ from my Junk box (Hotmail/Live) everyday, most being from some spanish site.
