I was just thinking that it would be cool if eoserv could add a phone feature. For people like me, it would be cool if you could get a sms alert everytime someone replies to your post. It would be something like a facebook sms alert when someone replies to your status. What are your thoughts on this idea?

It is entirely possible to alert users in such a manner, but then again when a topic draws a lot of attention your phone would go nuts. Think of how much useless bullshit notifications you get from a mobile facebook app (assuming you haven't disabled them). Considering you would have to return to the forum to read your post anyway, adding this feature seems a bit overkill. That and the fact that most posts here are useless lounge posts are probably reason enough for Sausage to not even give this a second thought.

Yea, there are plenty more useful features that could be added instead. Plus this feature would cost money and I'm sure sausage doesn't get too many donations.

I like the idea I guess, I honestly probably wouldn't use it though.

And is it just me, or does anyone else always read Apollo's posts in a British accent?

Haha, I read it in my normal accent, so yes because I'm from England. xD As for the sms alerts, I honestly would never use it. I wouldn't want pointless comments interfering with my everyday life, lol.
