Elevations has explained everything. He has checked the setup in a sandbox and everything was ok and that's a real proof that the file is safe. I'm not sure if it means something, but most of the "viruses" detected in the setup are the same as the ones detected in eirc.exe.

in-fact the anti-viruses don't detect the eirc when its in the setup, lets just wait for Apollo to give a response.

everyone is so quick to jump the gun...

and eoclone or sin99 whoever you may be... You dont need Apollo to waste his time and clear this up. Ele dif it for him. And god knows if theyre ever was something in it. Ele would have been the first one to bring it to light..

Are you seriously so retarded. Elevations has posted proof, that the file isn't infected and you still don't understand that it's a fucking FALSE POSITIVE.

Not all setups are the same and EE setup could have been rated down by the amount of users scanning it and banned EE fags down-rating it with symantec's norton.

As far as the installation goes is does not attach an external process in my task manager or sandboxie so therefore it's fucking clean. How's a virus gonna strike if it can't even execute code? another thing is i scanned it with my own anti-virus which scanned the executable PROPERLY going through everything in it the only thing that came up as a virus was EIRC.exe and itself because the EIRC.exe is in it.

100% Clean end of story bai.

Edit - Last comment and eoclone you do realize that once "One" anti virus says something is a virus they all seem to cling to each other and report the same results meaning if one anti virus says its a false positives other anti viruses get updated with it shortly after. So let's pretend a couple of dumb banned EE fags down rated apollos client in the safety list and before you know it 6-7 other anti viruses are saying it's not trusted!

Especially when your scanning it every fucking day on virustotal.com that mother fucker even TELLS other anti viruses
