Ok, i think its about time i've released some information on this project i have been working on. It is a pub editor.

Features (* = Finished, - = Almost, / = Started, ^ = Planned) 

  • EIF
    • Pub Reading [*]
    • Pub Writing [*] (Needs some editing then it will be perfect)
  • ENF
    • Pub Reading [*]
    • Pub Writing [^] 
  • ECF
    • Pub Reading [*]
    • Pub Writing [^]
  • ESF
    • Pub Reading/Writing [^] (Once i get reading and writing done for the EIF, i will easily beable to translate it over)
  • Graphics
    • Inventory and Drop view [*]
      • Full image view [*]
    • Armor/Weapon Pose Viewer [^]
    • NPC Pose and Animation Viewer [*] (I do need a fix for the stance flashing when an npc doesnt have a animation frame(Edit: can't as all animations are hardcoded))
  • GUI
    • EIF
      • Multi Pub Editiing [/]
      • Tab system (like Pub Edit) for editing stats [-] (Only first and second tabs finished.)
    • ENF [^]
      • Multi Pub Editiing [*]
      • Tab system (like Pub Edit) for editing stats [*]
    • ECF [-] 
      • Multi Pub Editiing [*]
      • Tab system (like Pub Edit) for editing stats [*]
    • ESF [^] (Once i get the reader/writer done)
  • Settings
    • Hardcoded features [*] (Gun Id and Gun Name)
    • Unknown Name Changing [-]

I am basing this directly from what people want in a pub editor. If you have any ideas, please post comments/suggestions/criticism

Haha, damn your quick.

Thanks :D I hit a little block in the pub writing. Its almost finished except for this one little bug in the pub generation. It has too big spaces inbetween the pub items, other than that, its loading the correct pub item count and the pub looks exactly the same except for the spaces. It should be fixed soon.

No clue on when it will be released. Not soon, but not too far away. This was pretty easy infact to make besides the writing but ive gotten passed most of it.

Well I did have a idea, but it is kind of pointless I guess. My idea was to add a gfx editor in with the pub editor so every time you edit your gfx you will have quick access to editing the pub and also know the name of the thing you are changing the gfx of.

Can't wait until this is released. Finally something that is going to be released that is more advanced than the simple old EditPub. Great job.

If you don't mind could you make it so the unknowns name can be changeable though a config file or something. It's really needed, one of the only "flaws" of renas pubs is that.
