this is from the bible (which i do know btw, even though I am not a Christian) John Chapter 10, you can look for yourself. I'm assuming you're a Christian, so this might show you that I'm not bashing Christianity, I just believe differently

30 I and my Father are one.

31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.

32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?

33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?

35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Edit: In conclusion, we are all one. I believe that this so called "god" is just the energy that flows through all things, connecting us all as one. I believe that "Jesus" didn't want to be worshiped, but originally intended everyone to live like him, not worship him, but to know that we are all extensions of "god" There is no only begotten son of god. We are all children of the source.

Edit: "There is no way to the father but by me." - my interpretation: Live like me, and reach the source.

Christ is an English translation of the Latin word "Cristas" which means anointed one. We all have the potential to reach a Christ-like level of consciousness. There are just things we have to let go of, clinging to the ego is the first thing that has to be changed.. Everyone who bashes me for saying this, or gets offended by it is only further proving my point.

Christ and Krishna. Analyze this!

1. Both are believed to be sons of God, since they were divinely conceived
2. The birth of both Jesus of Nazareth and Krishna of Dwarka and their God-designed
   missions were foretold
3. Both were born at unusual places -- Christ in a lowly manger and Krishna in a prison cell
4. Both were divinely saved from death pronouncements
5. Evil forces pursued both Christ and Krishna in vain
6. Christ is often depicted as a shepherd; Krishna was a cowherd
7. Both appeared at a critical time when their respective countries were in a torpid state
8. Both died of wounds caused by sharp weapons -- Christ by nails and Krishna by an arrow
9. The teachings of both are very similar -- both emphasize love and peace
10. Krishna was often shown as having a dark blue complexion -- a color close to that of Christ

Jesus was the "only begotten son" of the god Yahweh.
Horus was the "only begotten son" of the god Osiris.
The mother of Jesus was Mary. Sometimes referred to as Maria (Gospel of Mark) or Miriam.
The mother of Horus was Meri.
The foster father of Jesus was Joseph
The foster father of Horus was Jo-Seph
The birth of Jesus was heralded by a star in the East (where the Sun rises in the morning)
The birth of Horus was heralded by the star Sirius (the morning star)

Jesus was taken from the desert in Palestine up a high mountain to be tempted by his arch-nemesis Satan.

In 1875, Kersey Graves wrote, "The World" 16 Crucified Saviors, - a book that shows how all of the Christ story appeared in earlier myths.

Jesus, like Horus and Krishna, may or may not have originally existed as humans, although bearing little or no relationship to the myths that have evolved around them. They, and many others, are simply manifestations of the solar myth, the deity who is born, dies, and is reborn like the Sun who "dies" at the Winter solstice and is reborn in the Spring.

As a myth, they have great value. As ultimate deciders of life and death, moral and immoral, they end up corrupting those who would blindly worship them.
