COD : WAW is never looked at ive been iso modding on waw since i was 12 and still ive never got banned.. 

Wrong topic. She got a modded xbox 360. As in she can download and play pirated xbox 360 games for free. Microsoft looks out for these modded xbox's and then black lists them so you can no longer play your downloaded games or go online anymore for that matter. It's completely different from a modded lobby or what not like your referring to. If you mod your xbox the best thing you can do is stay away from xbox live or you have a chance of getting black listed.
