 OK, this has really made me mad

I join a server and then i see the applications forum i click it to check it out and i see people posting applications like...

"hi um...  i want to be admin because i follow rules..."

like -.- are you retarded? Sometimes they don't even spell right in them so that makes it even worse or they will say something like

"i want to be admin because im nice.. and i can help players."

Like lol... i'm just saying this is really annoying...

A application should have a simple base.. such as.

Name:

In game name:

Age:

Position applying for:

Personality: (At least 1 paragraph) And it should not state what happens in your life just like how are you with people etc..

How you can help: (at least a paragraph or two)

Things that make you stand out: (1 or 2 Paragraphs")

Final words:

*this is just the basic structure that i fallow when i apply some where, and its worked out pretty well so far.. (this is mostly to help people and make it so they can stop posting crap applications witch are just junk and a waist of time to the person reading and the person who wrote it because all it does is gives you terrible reputation on the server you're applying for.

My point in this is why not take the time out of maybe 10-20 mints writing something that can get you a good reputation something that can get you hired not this crap like "Demanding admin ship because your a nice person like wtf?

Has anyone else got annoyed seeing this stuff?

It could be rather annoying, but you have to provide them with an application format for them to follow also add some forum application rules or give them an example to help them write out a proper application.

Well, its really common since, to put real detail into it, i've known how to write a proper application since i started on eoserv and servers witch was 2-3 years ago, and i had no clue on anything

Leaving out the template and letting them figure out how to write a proper application is a good way to test them. If they do it right, it shows they're dedicated. After all, jobs in real life don't give you guidelines for a resume. Its up to you to find out how to write one.

Yea, but still using no proper form and stuff just gets on my nerves if they want admin just to be admin join a all admin server or make one your self don't waist others time because that just gets on everyone nerves that's the reason why i posted this.
