What I've done when I got a virus before was do that System Restore that comes with Windows. It basically restores your computer to how it was at a certain save point it created. Just pick your save point, and restore to it. Should solve the problem. When you're done with that just scan foranyharmful files to be safe.

to me thats a last resort =/. but if hes willing to do it, it will take a few hours to restore it to factory. as i never set up recovery points.

You should be able to do a system restore on startup, although I would wait on it and try some other shit first.

so i shut down my computer with the button on the Tower, and every time i use to do it before it would always give me options? wtf Lol now i don't got options am i doing something rong Lol?

Go to the batch file. Right click. put your mouse over Open With... and click on Notepad. if notepad is not there, go to Choose Default Program... and click the tab that says Other Programs.. Double-Click notepad. Then open it again. Post the text. if that doesn't work, go here: Danooct1's Forum , there experts. just register and post it. Because Honestly, i have ran out of ideas =/.

I don't think you have more options, this happened to me a couple of years ago and i downloaded the adsacly same file, foolish me actually downloaded it on my dad's good computer. Everything turned into paint files. Me and my dad tried looking everywhere for a solution but the only thing we could find was "rebirth" or also known as "factory reset" The easiest way to do this is if you have a laptop/computer like me and it is sorta knew with windows 7 it should have something called OneKey Recovery or some shit not that system restore thing. Try look around for it. For example my laptop make is called "Lenevo" so all i do is i goto Start, All Programs, Lenevo, One Key Recovery. (All one key recovery does is that it reinstalls windows 7 like it was when u got ur laptop or computer [WARNING : When you use Onekeyrecovery\reinstall windows\rebirth you lose all of your files everything so you will have to re download everything. If you have no one key recovery or something like i said you will need to get a disc with what ever operating system you want on ur pc and put it in your disc drive. As soon as you turn on your pc you will have to click on pressing the F2 or F12 button to get into the BIOS you then need to go over to the boot section. You will will see three or four Words going down like this

Something = this is your memory unit this is what it boots from.

Something = this is your cd drive the is what it "will" boot from. You need to then swap this with ^ TO MOVE THESE THERE WILL BE INSTRUCTIONS OVER HERE >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Something = and forget about these two.

Then you will need to click on SAVE AND EXIT 

it will then start installing your operating system.

Start>Control Panel>Back up And Restore>Setup up Backup

It says this:

Don't bother setting up a restore point, because if you did that now, it would do nothing but return you to that point. If you want to do a system restore, just press start and search "system restore". Should be the first option. Choose that, and pick a restore point that is before the date where you downloaded the infected program.
