alrite thanks for ur help man.
I belive the file accosiation is messed up. heres the fix:
Okay. heres what to do:
Go to start. type Command.com
Then, type: cd\ Press enter. type: cd \Windows Then, Press enter
type: copy "regedit.exe regedit.com" press enter.
type: "start regedit.com" press enter.
now go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shell\open\command
only click on command. don't open it.
Now in the right pane, double click the (Default) value.
type in: "%1" %*
Close regedit.
Reply back.
I hope this works.

ok what i downloaded, was some kind of eohack friend my friend said it was safe but obviously not fucking pissed at him im gonan murder him and honsetly i have no idea..
EDIT: found the file... it's clled Endless Online Hacks, as is the program, and the file is a .... Windows batch file.
yea, i downloaded somthing like that from youtube for endless online and pop ups came up it had the same name

Whats your OS? windows XP? Windows 7? windows Vista?.... i'm pretty sure it all should be the same for this guide, though.

open Computer, goto these directorys: OS, WINDOWS, System 32, and right click on CMD.exe, click Run as Administrator. Then run the MBAM Setup file i gave you earlier.

Just wondering... but what made you think a batch file would be able to hack Endless-Online?
Either way, I also learned my lesson about batch files the hard way. Never trust 'em ever, you can also right click them and press edit to see what they do.
