Could we have a Notification system? Where if someone + or - 1's you. You can see what post and who did it?

There is a strong chance that doing this could erupt into a chaotic situation, because if you know who -1'd you, it may turn into a fiasco and create more problems for the moderators to settle out.

I would personally go out on a limb and say that if such a system were placed on the site, it should only show +1's only, so as to prevent any fighting amongst members of the community and deflect away from actual improvements to EOserv.
