I would wait a few hours then, normally paypal to paypal takes max. A few minuits if it is from his bank it could take longer though but if i am right they can always cancel it in those hours.

Im from the UK and transfering money to US is fast almost instantly altho it deducts fee's for changing £'s into $USD (If he's paid in USD and not £ you shouldn't be charged)

Your paypal should say "Amount $35 From [His Email] Status: Complete or Pending" If it doesn't he ain't sent it

looking again at the email it looks really fake to me actually.. might was mail spoofing?

yeah i might be a little late but i've used paypal before and i've never had any confirmations like that. im pretty sure he used a script to spoof his email address then sent that. 

That one isn't real, seems pretty weird.

And the correct email (if you are outside the US) is: service@in​tl.paypal.c​om

Do not trust anyother email.

When you get payment, you get an email from the guy who sent the money. (from that email.)

Also there is a confirmation number and AS soon as someone deciedes to send money, you can see it on your payment/bank part of paypal as "PENDING PAYMENTS"

This is what I got when I get donations for example.
